Filter system  

The SmartVent AC-360 fresh air and air purifier is designed with 5 filter layers: 

First filter layer

• Washable stainless steel pre-filter.
• Handling large-sized dust particles such as sand and microorganisms.
• Wash every 6 months.

Second filter layer

• G4 Coarse PreFilter – imported material from Alhstrom – Finland 
• Helps remove >40% of PM 0.3 ultrafine dust. The surface is coated with an antibacterial layer, which helps to lock in pollutants and prevent secondary contamination.
• Recommended lifespan: 6 months

Third filter layer

• F9 Medium Filter – Imported filter material from Alhstrom – Finland
• Antibacterial, removes 99.99% of PM2.5 fine dust and >90% of PM0.3 ultrafine dust.
• Recommended lifespan: 12 months

Fourth filter layer

• TVOC Filter odor removal filter – from Circul-Aire, Canada.
• Treating common toxic gases such as CO2 and ozone in the air.
• Recommended lifespan: 6 months

Fifth filter layer (efficiency filter)

• 3M H13/14 HEPA Cartridge Filter – Made in the USA
• The U-shaped filter structure provides a large filtration surface area and antibacterial properties.
• HEPA rating: H13/14
• Filters out >99.99% of ultrafine PM 0.3 dust.
• Recommended lifespan: 24 months

Note: Filter lifespan is based on CyberVent’s laboratory testing under 10 hours of daily operation and fan speed level 3. Actual filter lifespan depends on user environment, actual fan speed, and operating time. Therefore, the above specifications are for reference only.

Installation instructions 

CyberVent’s fresh air supply and air purifier offers four installation options, depending on your home design:

• Wall mount – install through the hole at the back.
• Wall mount – side mounting holes
• Position upright – install through the rear hole.
• Horizontal mounting – mounting holes at the back.

Evaluating the effectiveness of fresh air supply and air filtration with the SmartVent AC-360.

Filters out ultrafine PM 0.3 dust particles to “zero” at the air outlet.

During performance evaluation, a particulate counter (CEM) was used to measure air quality at the air outlet. The results showed that the number of PM0.3 ultrafine particulate matter decreased to “0” particles after the first filtration cycle . This indicates that the filtration system effectively removes ultrafine particulate matter , which is difficult to remove with conventional filtration methods, thus contributing to improved air quality in enclosed spaces.

Maintain indoor CO2 levels at the ideal level of <1000ppm.

The device helps maintain indoor CO₂ levels at an ideal level below 1000 ppm , ensuring stable air quality and reducing the stuffiness and oxygen deficiency commonly found in enclosed spaces and air-conditioned rooms. If the number of people in the room suddenly increases, leading to a rise in CO₂ concentration, the air quality sensor will automatically adjust the percentage of fresh air intake, ensuring the indoor space remains airy, fresh, and not stuffy.

Helps remove formaldehyde from interior decorations.

Formaldehyde is a common component of wall paint, adhesives, and engineered wood materials in newly constructed or renovated spaces. With its continuous fresh air supply mechanism , the AC-360 creates a positive pressure difference indoors , pushing formaldehyde and other pollutants out into the environment instead of retaining them inside, providing an effective pollution control solution for enclosed spaces.

Integrated turbocharger – AirTurbo 2.0 

The second-generation integrated pressurized air duct can increase air pressure by up to 40% . With its asymmetrical air duct design, it can instantly increase air pressure, allowing the motor to operate more powerfully. The imported EC fan from EBM Papst – Germany has high torque, resulting in faster rotation speeds and higher efficiency, helping to distribute air throughout the room. 

Wind speed adjustment mode

The AC-360 is the perfect air conditioning companion. You can freely choose between indoor and outdoor air mixing modes at 25%, 50%, or 75% . When the outside temperature is high or there is smog and other pollution, the unit can freely switch the air mixing ratio to avoid bringing excessively hot or heavily polluted air into the house. As a result, the AC-360 will reduce the energy consumption of your air conditioner. 

Internal circulation mode 0%  

One of the unique features of the SmartVent AC-360 is its 0% internal recirculation mode. When the air encounters severe pollution such as storms, sand, dust, and burning trash, the machine’s recirculation mode will activate. This helps purify the indoor air and prevents the introduction of heavily polluted air, extending the lifespan of the filter. 

Extremely low noise level 

The AC-360 fresh air and air purifier uses environmentally friendly EPO soundproofing material, commonly used in aircraft. This material is highly durable, strong, and has excellent heat retention. Therefore, the noise level of the machine is only 22.1dB, ensuring it won’t disrupt your sleep or work.
